Today’s walk was through the streets of Bradford where there’s lots of building and development activity underway ahead of its City of Culture status in 2025. The destination was Fountains Church – a huge community resource which occupies a former nightclub complex and seeks to serve the local area in myriad ways. The reason for the visit? A Yorkshire Funders Forum: Transforming your organisation’s approach to DEI.

Great to meet Penny Wilson of Getting on Board and to hear from Danielle Walker-Palmour about the third year of the Foundation Practice Rating. Lots to think about, both as a Trustee of a small grant making trust and as a consultant.
